Delivery times are approximate and should not be relied upon. We cannot take any responsibility for late deliveries. This includes, but is not limited to delays resulting from acts of God, flood, fire or malicious damage.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order. If products are returned to us as undelivered either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less postage costs incurred by us in sending the goods out plus any additional costs charged to us for return of the goods to us.
Alternatively, we will resend the goods if required when all delivery costs are met by you. This includes the full amount incurred by the goods being returned to us as well as the cost of re-delivery. Any special offer delivery rates (including free postage for orders over £50) that were applied to the original purchase will not be applied to redelivered goods.
Delivery costs can be viewed in your shopping cart when you select ‘estimate shipping & taxes’. We use Royal Mail 24 & 48 services and Yodel24 for larger/heavier items. Delivery costs are calculated depending on weight and size.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. In this instance, we will choose the most appropriate service that is applicable to your order.
Some deliveries will require a signature. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery or have given us specific alternative delivery instructions.
Tracking information will only be available to orders sent via Yodel24. The Royal Mail services we employ do not offer this facility.
If any goods have been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, quoting your invoice number. Undelivered parcels must be reported to us within 10 working days. You can do this via the ‘contact us’ form on the site or by telephone on 01142661911.
